Update: COVID-19, Coronavirus

At Retina Specialists we take your personal health and safety very seriously. You may have concerns about (COVID-19) otherwise known as coronavirus. To help put your mind at ease while visiting our office, as always, we follow strict OSHA guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and patients. We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) regarding COVID-19. We will follow recommendations made by our state and local leaders.

We will remain open and taking significant measures to reduce the overall number of people in the office. We are asking all patients to arrive at your scheduled appointment time, not before. We will be spacing appointments to avoid large numbers of patients and family gathering in the waiting area. We will also ask for those who are able, once you check-in please wait in your car until you are called for your appointment. We understand that some patients need drivers when dilated. Please keep the number of people that accompany you to your appointment to one person.

*IMPORTANT TO NOTE* – If you have or have had fever or flu like symptoms in the past two weeks, please call the office so we can reschedule your appointment. If you have a retina emergency and feel ill, please call the office and we will handle emergencies on a case by case basis. We thank you for your cooperation and patience in this matter. Our number one goal is to keep our patients and staff safe.

Sincerely, Dr. Gosslee

Mrs. Colette was bragging about Dr. Gosslee and how wonderful he was.  She had to be treated with needles in her eyes and she was so scared.  She said that even though it was scary she had to tell others how good he was.  She did not feel a thing.  She wants others to know that if you have to have an injection in your eye, “Do not be afraid, do not be nervous because Dr. Gosslee is wonderful.”
